Having worked in Beijing where he was managing a number of specialized teams at UBS Wealth Management as the Head of Products & Services, he joined HPI as the CEO to steer the Group's visions and strategies.Philip is an Executive Board Member of the Hong Kong Treasury Markets Association (TMA)

Javis Wong, Managing Director | As one of the co-founders and the Managing Director of HPI Financial Group, Javis has established an unparalleled foundation for the Group's bullion margin trading business. Javis's expertise in foreign exchange and bullion margin trading comes from a decade of field experience in managing treasury and margin trading businesses in various financial positions. Javis is responsible for identifying new opportunities and expanding the footprint of the Group.

Joseph Wong, Vice Chairman | Having co-founded HPI Financial Group with Javis, Joseph has 10 years of bullion margin trading experience. As the Vice Chairman of the Group, Joseph is responsible for monitoring trends and developments in various markets and drawing performance indicators for business evaluation.

CONSULTANT - BANCASSURANCE

Life-long financial planning is a key to crystalizing decades of efforts into the leisure at retirement and to leave the best for the next generation. With this aspiration, HPI Financial Planning Limited provides independent, impartial and holistic financial consulting services to our clients. These include family protection, retirement, education, estate planning and key-man insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with our intermediates to provide professional life insurance services to bank clients
• Maintain existing bank partner relationships
• Support sales management initiatives and training where necessary
• Develop and explore business opportunities through our Bancassurance channel
• Provides sales support for bank’s staff to boost channel sales
• Manage the day to day sales process, including sales development plan; deliver effective pre-sales and post-sales service to clients

Requirements:

• Degree or above with qualification in IIQE
• Strong understanding of both insurance and banking operations
• Ability to manage up and encourage empowerment
• Solid experience in Financial Planning of the banking or insurance sector
• Excellence interpersonal skills, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for junior level position

VICE PRESIDENT/ RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, MARKETS (WITH CLIENT’S NETWORK IN HK/PRC/OTHER REGIONS)

Responsibilities:

• Explore and generate new business opportunities through various business networks and channels.
• Achieve allocated annual sales targets by acquiring new prospective clients, leveraging product knowledge to develop solutions and identifying cross-selling business opportunities in asset management, financial planning and other related financial solutions under company goals
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process, including sales development plan; deliver effective pre-sales and post-sales service to clients
• Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with clients by providing quality services and professional advice tailored to their ever-changing financial needs
• Be familiar with regulatory policies and regulations to ensure full compliance to internal and external requirements on financial activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience, preferably in sales, marketing, banking and finance
• With proven sales revenue track record is preferable
• Knowledge in FX and Options and qualified holder of related SFC licenses will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, possess problem-solving skills and strong analytical mind
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, denoted to work and strong desire to build a successful career that can exceed goals and revenue expectations
